Our bakery uses only the finest ingredients available. Over 90% of our
ingredients are organic or all-natural, and we specialize in heirloom recipies. We are also expanding our line of gluten-free baked items, such as gluten-free chocolate petite fours, butter cookies, and handmade chocolates. Of course, these items are also great-tasting for those who do not have gluten sensitivity! 

Our chocolate line includes dark chocolate squares, cheesecake gems, (squares of cheesecake dipped in chocolate)  and milk chocolate truffles rolled in coconut, almond, or as is. This is only the beginning, as we are developing more chocolate treats, especially for the holiday season. On a pre-order basis, we also bake a variety of cookies, coffee cakes,  pies, and even breads ranging from cinnamon rolls to crescent rolls and Honey-Butter whole-wheat bread.  Our prize white bread, or Robbie's bread, is named after Krista's mother, who handed the recipe down to her, and then to Sarah.
